Everything about this award winning easy to grow pepper is unique. The 2-3" pepper with its unusual, flattened, 3 sided, winged hat shape has a crunchy texture and delicious sweet taste. The peppers look like they should be hot, but are sweet with a light floral and citrus flavor. As the peppers mature from green to red their flavors intensify. An occasional pepper may have mild heat in the flesh of the seed cavities, but the outer lobes are always sweet. Produces high yields of pods that are great raw, in a salad, pickled, stuffed with soft cheese or just eaten
off the plant.
